EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED

• Within 24hours of your Hair or Wig being delivered.

The Hair or Wig must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

• ​​Lace needs to be in its original state and intact (no cut lace) which means hair must not be wet, played with or installed.

Federal Law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. SOOOOSIDDITY COLLECTION adheres to this strict policy in regard to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.
